My background is working with children, adolescents, and young adults in various community settings, most recently working with adults in an intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization program in Milwaukee. These experiences have exposed me to a wide range of presenting concerns as well as provided me with the opportunity to develop strong clinical skills in various modalities.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a strength based approach with the goal of working with clients to improve their quality of life and learn skills to navigate changes. I enjoy working with young adults and helping people maneuver through periods of growth, specializing in anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and am a Licensed Professional Counselor – In Training in the state of Wisconsin. I see therapy as a collaborative process and am committed to supporting individuals as we work together to build a more hopeful future.
