I received my Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a specialization in behavioral mental health and trauma informed care. I’ve spent time working with youth and adults with varying needs, in settings such as group homes and in the community. I have also worked with adults in intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programming in a hospital setting.
I have years of experience providing individual counseling, couples counseling, and mentoring using both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I also have experience facilitating social skill and mental health groups with youth and adults. I utilize a strength-based approach to bring out and utilize an individuals inherent strengths to aide recovery and promote empowerment. I am licensed as a Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker (CAPSW) with the State of Wisconsin.
Patrick Schultz MA LPC NCC
I received my Master’s degree from Marquette University in community counseling. I’ve spent time working in residential treatment with adolescent males, teaching at a local community college, and most recently working with adults in intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programming in the Milwaukee area.
I have years of experience providing individual and couples counseling using both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief therapy (SFBT). I also have experience in treatment trauma and am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also work closely with executives and young professionals looking to grow their leadership abilities. I enjoy working with athletes of any age or experience level in sports performance enhancement coaching. I am licensed as a Professional Counselor through the State of Wisconsin and am also a Nationally Certified Counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors.
Misty Crass MSW CAPSW
I am a Certified Advance Practice Social Worker who specializes in adults going through life transitions that cause depression and anxiety symptoms. Life transitions can be anything from losing a job, experiencing a break-up, losing a loved one, or moving to a new area. My focus with clients is to bring balance and hope back into the picture. I have experience working with adolescents in an inpatient setting and adults in an intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization program setting. I have also provided individual and group counseling using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I use an empathic approach to relate to others and to move toward healing.
